драйвер r8169 in CentOS 7

Установил kmod-r8169 драйвер Elrepo.
Где дальше искать почему в Ifconfig - устройство прервано?
Почему на ключ ругается, я импортировал ключ с elrepo. Может потому что нет соединения с репозиторием elrepo?

Верификация (подпись) драйвера вовсе не обязательна (пока?!).
Где дальше искать почему в Ifconfig - устройство прервано?

a что там за сообщение в конце Ifconfig

или это выделенное прерывание для этого устройства?
Я не видел в выводе ifconfig раньше таких сообщений.

Так если все работает, то почему нет сети? Давайте дальше копать интерфейс.

все сервисы вроде как работают, сеть подымается, а вот dmesg показывает, что нет Link up/down

вернулся к первоначальному системному драйверу - сеть заработала, но до первого выключения компа, как и раньше. Пока работает могу выполнить любую тестовую команду, чтобы можно было понять что не так после выключения будет.После перезагрузки все нормально, проблема возникает при выключении компьютера. Сетевая карта засыпает и не просыпается больше. А разбудить ее можно, например загрузив любую ОС Windows, например Live CD WinPe Win XP
Почему-то из Linux она просыпаться при включении питания не хочет.

Это очень странно.
Могу предположить, что к драйверу сетевого адаптера это не имеет ни малейшего отношения.

Что за системная плата?
В BIOS есть такая настройка, что-то по смыслу "OS управляющая IRQ". Т.е., если она запрещена, то линии IRQ между слотами PCI расставляет BIOS при начальной инициализации и дальше OS запрещено их менять и предлагается использовать именно так. А если разрешена, то сама OS при инициализации производит энумерацию устройств PCI и расставляет им IRQ. Смотрите такую настройку.

Кроме того, хорошо бы посмотреть а). что там у вас за устройства (команда lspci) и б). как как линии IRQ разложены по устройствам.

Причём, раскладку IRQ нужно сделать при работающем интерфейсе, а потом повторно когда он не работает.

Посмотрите вот это:
Прерывания шины PCI
Проблема с сетевой картой - что проблемы с вашей картой возникают и в Windows.

Режим в BIOS (в разделе где-то в advanced) называется как-то PnP OS, PCI PnP ... как-то на этот манер они это называют.
Попробуйте его разрешать и запрещать - или то или другое может и разрешит вашу проблему.

Cпасибо за очень полезные советы, возможно и решающие проблему, сейчас попробую включить в BIOS режим Plug and Play OS.
Для Windows он был не нужен, все работало корректно управлением BIOS, а Linux все делает сам.
